Your personal data is processed in compliance with legal provisions. As a user of this site, you benefit from the rights provided by Art. 12-15 of Law 677/2001 regarding the processing of personal data, namely the right to information, the right of access, the right to intervene on the data, and the right to object, which you can exercise through a written, signed, and dated request sent to: str. User messages will be stored on the server for 6 months. Notifica assumes no responsibility for the content of the messages sent through the services offered by the site. Responsibility for any abuse of Notifica services lies entirely with the user who caused it.

 Failure to comply with these rules will automatically result in restricted access to Notifica.

The materials and information contained on this site are provided for general informational purposes and are not accompanied by any guarantees, explicit or implicit. Any user is obliged to use the site’s options for personal purposes only. Multiple accounts are not allowed. A person may only have one account at a time. Messages containing vulgar and/or obscene content will be deleted, and the user permanently banned. External links in signatures are not allowed; approval from an administrator is required for such settings. Users who use fictitious and/or invalid registration data will have their accounts restricted. If there are doubts when making a decision, we reserve the right to access the content of messages.
